STARSHIP DOGS Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation:
We generally do not accept cancellations after the 'Order Shipment Confirmation' email has been sent. While we try to accommodate cancellations for orders before they are shipped, please be aware that cancellations may not be possible for pre-ordered or made-to-order items.
Returns & Exchanges:
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item received is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at https://starshipdogs.com/pages/contact. Note: You may be required to provide photographs via email to validate the damage or defect.
For a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and all original tags and packaging should be intact. Please use the original packaging materials for the return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return or exchange.
Refunds:
Upon inspection and acceptance of your return due to defects, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, if a replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued.
Conditions:
Returns sent without prior notice and a valid return authorization will not be accepted. Moreover, we reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions (but not limited to) apply:
• The item was received more than 8 days ago.
• The returned item is dirty, washed, or altered in any way.
• The item is returned without its original tags or packaging.
• Items purchased from sites other than ours.
Shipping:
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide the return shipping address in the approval email. Please send your product to the specified address. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, so please be patient.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any damages or losses during shipment.
